Prenočili so v Planini, ki je bila takrat ena najpomembnejših furmanskih postojank. Od Planine preko Studenega, Belskega, Landola, Razdrtega, Senožeč in Sežane je sicer potekala zelo prometna jamborna cesta, po kateri je proti Trstu potoval tudi Rakiški jambor.

They spent the night in Planina, which served as one of the most important posts of horse and cart drivers. A very busy mast trail once wended its way from Planina via Studeno, Belsko, Landol, Razdrto, Senožeče and Sežana. Following its route towards Trieste was also the Rakitna mast.
